Seed
The keeper commits keccak256(n, seed) on-chain before the round starts and reveals the seed at settle. Bot behaviour and spawn points come from this seed, so nobody can steer a round after it opened.
Payout root
Verify this round
Re-derives every payout from the standing marks, rebuilds the Merkle root from payouts.json with /shared/payout.js, checks every proof, and compares the root with the one on-chain when the chest is live.
